I felt a pull to do a photoshoot without any makeup. This is me, stripped, bare, and no additions. It was a little uncomfortable at first to be dressed up with no "beat" to match but it was also liberating to just show up as myself. The last photo is unedited (no saturation, no filter, no contrast, no nothing). I hope this inspires you in some way to embrace yourself as you are, without all the distractions.
"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well" (Psalm 139:4).
This is my quote for this season in my life. I hope it blesses you the way it's blesses me: "...Bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor" (Isaiah 61:3).
